The Tinter, founded by Simon Picken in 2021. A business formed after a decade of tinting for friends and similar car modification enthusiasts in the Berkshire area.
The passion for what was, just a hobby, has led to a in-depth understanding of cars and therefore, requirements to precisely remove and reinstate components to ensure a clean finish.
AUTOMOTIVE
TINTING
We at The Tinter only use the highest quality and highest grade films for any type of automotive tinting.
We hold stock of the most commonly requested films, typically 15% (Factory shade) for rear windows and Chameleon film (reflective for your privacy) for the front.
We will also provide guidance on regulations regarding all types of window tinting to ensure that you're aware of the guidelines set out by the Government.
AUTOMOTIVE WRAPPING
We at The Tinter only use the highest quality and highest grade vinyl for all types of projects, large or small.
We have the necessary experience and knowledge in automotive wrapping, to remove components and panels ensure a clean finish.
We're happy to completely wrap your car in a new colour or, change up the finish of your internal details, drop us a message.
RESIDENTIAL TINTING
We at The Tinter only use the highest quality and highest grade films for any type of window tinting.
Guarantee yourself the privacy in your own home, if you have eye level windows, Chameleon tint will give you a reflective finish to your windows.
We're also available to advise other tints and shades to provide UV protection, heat rejection or even protect household furniture/valuables.
